Playmorning
  • Playgroup for parents and pre-school children.

  • Activities include free play, circle time.

  • Parents and pre-school children.
  • Meets Thursdays, 9:30 a.m. at the Woodland’s Neighborhood Center, corner of Young St. and Indiana Ave. , FLW.  (573-329-0109)

Toddler Story Hour

  • Meets Tuesdays, 10:30 a.m. at Clarke Community Library, FLW.

Walk Across the USA


Walking group meets every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 9:00AM at Colyer Park on Fort Leonard Wood.  Walk or jog and chart your miles across the USA.  Open to the public. Strollers, pets, etc.

“Y” Bus Trips


• Monthly trips on our 14 passenger bus. All seats have seatbelts. Car seats are required for all children.

Youth

Summer Fun

  • Weekly programs for children in grades K-6

  • Activities include games, crafts, contests.

Summer Camping

  • Week long resident camp
  • Ages 8-12
Babysitting Basics
  • Classes form quarterly
  • Ages 12-16

Active Duty

Service on Saturday

  • Monthly program where servicemen and women in training at Fort Leonard Wood work on service projects in the community

  • Saturday morning event includes lunch

Warriors in Town

  • Monthly program in partnership with AUSA.

  • “Y” Bus takes soldiers in Warrior Transition Unit (WTU) to dinner at various restaurants in the area.

  • Provides an opportunity for community members to encourage and thank the soldiers for their service.

  • Trips rotate between Rolla, St. Robert/Waynesville and Lebanon.
